Our story

FIR is a series of pop up dinners, supper clubs and exclusive private events based in London and the south east of England. We work hard to create seasonal and sustainable food showcasing many of the best produce, farmers and suppliers from our isles. With a heavy love for foraging local produce around the counties of Surrey, Sussex & Kent the food focuses on modern plates with wild flavours locally sourced by our own team. Headed up with our founder/Chef Luke Spier, who has years experience across some of London's finest restaurants working for Chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Simon Rogan.  We aim to reflect on our surroundings and keep a warm inviting and country feeling throughout.

We’re very happy to re-introduce you to 'fir at home' – our way of bringing a little of the philosophy and values we hold  to your homes or chosen location.

You’ll experience dishes made using the finest produce from our trusted suppliers from around London and the south east.
